NOCTURNES for soprano and piano (1961)
My Nocturnes for soprano and piano (or chamber orchestra) is a suite of settings to Chinese poems in Danish translation by Carl Kjersmeyer.
The suite is made up of 5 parts of which I, III and V are songs and II and IV are an interlude and a prelude (to Awakening).
